Rene restaurant first opened in 1978. Today the restaurant is owned by a local Chef and restauranteur who lives on a hill just behind Tlaquepaque. Chef Mercer Mohr and his business partner Mithat Evirgen, also oversee Creekside American Bistro, Mesa Grill Southwest, Rascal...a modern diner experience. Mercer's Kitchen Restaurant Group was started in 2008 when Chef Mercer Mohr moved to Sedona from San Francisco. We are a local small business actively striving to make Sedona a better place.
