Under new ownership, Jonathan and Elli Bourque, originally from Louisiana, are bringing fresh energy and a touch of Southern hospitality to this cherished eatery. With their two young children, Luke and Louis, by their side, they plan to make updates while preserving the welcoming atmosphere and classic dishes that have made Nick's a staple for locals and visitors alike.
